Spaces like this disappear all of the time. It’s difficult to overstate how many resources go into these projects.

We are only here today because we are volunteer owned. As our programming expands and the community we serve grows, we are unable to stay open without meaningful support. Our core staff works full time outside of Asylum in order to pay both our own and Asylum’s bills.

The average donation at all of our events comes to $2.20 per person. If you are able to give, we are able to continue providing programming for everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
